N-ARIA: Native Mobile Accessibility, part 3 of 9
The Design System as the Hub

Accessibility usually fails between teams, not inside one. The designer assumed the engineer would add the label; the engineer assumed the design said what it should be.
A design system fixes that by being the place everyone meets:
- User experience designers decide how a component looks and behaves at every text size.
- User experience and user interface engineers build it once, with its name, role and state wired in through N-ARIA.
- Accessibility experts review it once, instead of on every screen that uses it.
The component becomes the conversation. When someone asks "how should this announce?", the answer lives in one place, and every app that uses it gets the fix.
